A four-bedroom terrace in Saddleworth near Oldham with a tricky layout, an architecturally important flat in Blackheath in London and a dilapidated cottage without a bathroom in Treherbert in south Wales are all bought at auction. Two of the projects will be the developers’ homes, and the three developments take from a few months to several years to complete.
